Well obviously if I am situated in Australia if you put TWO & TWO together……
YES I do have an Australian Accent .
NO I do not own a kangaroo.
NO I do not wrestle crocs in the outback.
YES I have been to the outback (to visit couldn’t live there).
NO I can’t find nemo.
NO I don’t know the guy out of Avatar.
NO I don’t know Ellens other half.
NO I’ve never been stung by a sting ray.
YES I’ve seen a shark (not during shark week).
YES I have probably seen more spiders the size of my hand and bigger and screamed loudly.
YES Australia has the internet (otherwise I’d be fucked) some people from overseas see Aus as this dusty place with no tv or internet which is dumb because it’s the opposite.
YES we have Christmas in the summer, the weather is beautiful and winter isn’t half as cold as other international locations. (are you jelly?)

I don’t know about the rest of you but whenever someone hits me up & I say I’m from NZ but live in Sydney they think it’s some mystical land at the bottom of the world.
We are normal countries with internet connections and we tumblr to!
ANZAC PRIDE, you know we’re brothers/sisters because we are right next to each other and the two countries fought wars TOGETHER back in the old days… in times of need we rally around each other to fund raise and it just shows how deep the bond between the two countries REALLY IS! On the sports field whenever Australia play New Zealand IN ANYTHING it’s a tough match. Unless you’ve lived here you just don’t know.

Cronulla Beach this is next to one of the many ocean pools you can find alot of them around Sydney beaches.. They’re okay cause you can’t get stung by as many things whilst in the pools but in all honesty just go in the open sea lol
